Our aim is to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However if you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to either, replace, exchange or issue a refund subject to the clauses set out in the below policy.

On returning an item:

• Package the item in suitable safe packaging.
• Label the outside of the packaging with your reference number.
• Include all accessories and parts received with the item.

1. Unwanted Items

Unwanted items can be returned provided:

• The item is undamaged and unused
• The item is returned in it’s original packaging
• The item is returned with all accessories, labels, etc.
• The return is logged within 14 (Fourteen) days of receiving the item

2. Items damaged on arrival

Should your item arrive damaged from us we will arrange for the item to be collected from you at no charge and we will replace it with an identical item.

If your item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 (forty eight) hours of delivery.

3. Defective items

We aim to deliver the highest quality products available however once in a while a defective item may make its way into our inventory. Defective items may be returned to us within 30 (thirty) days and may be either be replaced, exchanged or refunded at our discretion.

A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

A defective item does not include:

• faults resulting from normal wear and tear
• damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
• damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion
• damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product
• damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product
• where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you

4. Items which cannot be returned.

Due to copyright laws and the nature of the goods, licensed software and games cannot be returned unless defective.
