Welcome to Reeve Tech South Africa (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Reeve Tech SA") at www .reevetechsa.co.za (hereinafter referred to as the "website") with the registration number 2018/346509/07. Please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions to understand how they apply to your use of the website and any products or services that you may order online. Your continued use of the website will constitute acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, unmodified by you.
2. Products, Prices and Availability
All prices displayed on our website are displayed in South African Rand (R) (ZAR) and may change without notice or warning.
All prices are displayed exclusive of delivery charges. Reeve Tech SA takes utmost care in ensuring all prices displayed are correct. If an incorrect price is displayed Reeve Tech SA will correct the price as soon as the incorrect price is detected. However, should products be erroneously offered at incorrect prices and/or delivery charges for any reason whatsoever, specifically also including negligence or gross negligence on the part of Reeve Tech SA, Reeve Tech SA will not be obliged to sell products at such incorrect prices and/or delivery charges nor will Reeve Tech SA be held liable for any damages caused whatsoever as result of such erroneous prices, but shall refund monies paid by you should you not want the product at the correct price and/or deliver charge.
Please note that although Reeve Tech SA endeavours to accurately describe and/or depict each product on the website, some descriptions or photographs may be of a generic nature and not specific to the particular product you wish to buy. However, should you be dissatisfied with the product you receive for any reason, you are entitled to return the product to Reeve Tech Sa.
Products supplied by Reeve Tech SA may not always be on hand and may need to be sourced from our suppliers which could delay shipment by up to 2 (two) days. We take all possible measures to ensure products are delivered within 5 (five) working days and up to 7 (seven) working days for outlying areas.
All credit card payments are processed using PayFast. For more information on PayFast visit their website www.payfast.co.za
EFT transactions are concluded once payment reflects in our account and/or we have received proof of payment from you. EFT payments must be made into our bank account using the details found on the checkout page.
Zapper payments. You may choose to make use of Zapper as a payment method for Reeve Tech SA. Please scan the QR code on check out. For more information on Zapper visit their website www.zapper.com.
4. Deliveries and shipment
All shipments are conducted by MDC Collivery.
Home Installation (Available within Gauteng) will be provided directly by Reeve Tech SA.
Due to stock availability some items may not be on hand at the time of placing an order and will be ordered from our suppliers this could delay delivery by up to 2 (two) days. Should this arise Reeve Tech SA will keep you up to date with the progress of your order.
Once your order has been shipped Reeve Tech SA will provide you with a tracking number which can be tracked via MDS Collivery website www.collivery.net/tracking.
5. Home installation
Home installation will be conducted by Reeve Tech SA staff.
Home installation is only available to customers in Gauteng.
During home installation only the product supplied will be installed and no other services may be supplied unless there is a prior arrangement made.
Home installation is charged at R399.00 this includes only 1 (one) hour for installation and delivery to your premises. Should the installation take longer than one hour you may be charged an additional R249.00 per hour thereafter invoiced separately.
6. Tech Support
Tech Support is available within all Johannesburg areas only.
Tech support is billed per hour.
The quoted price only includes labour and not any other charges that may occur however we will make you aware of any additional charges before hand should they arise.
Reeve Tech SA will not take responsibility for loss or damage of equipment or loss of data due to any services performed.
Payment for tech Services must be paid for via EFT to our bank account (details found on invoice) or via scanning of the QR code found on the bottom of your invoice. No cash will be accepted unless prior arrangement has beed made.
